Questions, answered

Before you
meet RAVO.

A few useful starting points for your conversation with the team.

Is RAVO just an avatar?+

No. RAVO combines conversational assistance with business knowledge. The branded character and human-like avatar are alternative ways to present the experience.

Is there a specialist agent for my industry?+

Retail is the specialist offering, which we call the Retail Master Agent. Other sectors answer from the business’s own documents and pages instead.

Can I use an existing screen?+

Existing-display deployments are part of the offer. The specific display, player and communication hardware requirements need checking for your chosen experience.

Does RAVO process payments?+

The retail walkthrough shows product exploration and a saved wishlist. Payment processing, checkout or ticket-sales requirements need a separate discussion with the team.

Which languages are supported?+

Ask the team to confirm the current supported language list and modes for your deployment, and assess your own terminology in a demo.

Do you offer global support?+

Yes. RAVO offers global support, with hours and service arrangements agreed for your deployment. Support is not provided on a 24/7 basis.

What happens to camera and voice data?+

Confirm the data flow, processing locations, retention and applicable agreements with the team before deployment. Detailed published notices remain under review.

How much does it cost?+

Your proposal depends on the deployment and package. Speak to the team about locations, hardware, knowledge and required services.
